Guide
How much does social media management cost?
If you run a local business in South Florida, you have probably been quoted everything from a couple hundred dollars to several thousand a month. Here is what actually drives the price, what you should get for it, and exactly what we charge.
What you are really paying for
Social media management is mostly time and skill: planning what to post, creating it, writing captions, posting on schedule and reporting what worked. The price changes with four things.
- How many platforms. Instagram, TikTok and Facebook each need content made for them.
- How often you post. Daily content costs more than twice a week, and it grows faster.
- Who makes the content. Filming on site costs more than editing clips you send.
- Whether ads are included. Ad management is a separate fee, and the ad budget is paid to Meta or Google.
What should be included
Whatever you pay, a real plan should include these. If one is missing, ask why.
- A content plan made for your business, not recycled templates.
- Posts, reels and stories created and scheduled for you.
- Captions and hashtags written in your voice.
- Your approval before anything goes live.
- A monthly report in plain English.
- A real person you can reach quickly.

Questions to ask any agency before you sign
- Can I see accounts you manage right now?
- Who creates the content, and will I approve it first?
- How long is the agreement, and what happens if I want to stop?
- Does the price include ad spend, or is that separate?
- How will I know it is working?
